Oh how I've missed blogging! Didn't even noticed that I had draft posts prepared to be published. So let me share to you this very old post. :)
To add to the numerous Coffee Shops we have in Cebu is Cafe Tiala, A cute Korean Coffee Shop located at Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Cebu City. It is in the 2nd Floor of The Forum Building beside Grand Convention Center.

Inside the rooms, they have Televisions where you can watch Korean Music Videos or play Playstation.
They turn there light off one hour everyday. Scented Candles are provided during those dark times. Hehe
