IECEP 62nd MidYear Convention

Last July 13-14,2012, the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP) held the 62nd Midyear Convention in Cebu. Every year, IECEP holds 2 conventions, the National Convention (November, usually) and the Mid-Year Convention (July).
