This blog is slowly turning into a Food Blog without  my intention. Our love for food is very evident and it is slowly reflecting in our waistlines. Haha

But it doesn't matter, as long as we get fat together. Hehe

And one item off our bucket list is Kuya J Restaurant. An amusing story, my boyfriend took me here for dinner to celebrate our Monthsary. He called the restaurant ahead to make a reservation. By the time that we were driving up to Kuya J, we passed by Simply J's (another restaurant that I hope we can visit someday). As expected, he got confused as to where he had made the reservation. Haha.

We ordered the Grilled Pork Belly which costed us 125Php.

Iced Tea (glass) - 35Php

And Boneless Chicken Barbecue which is 115Php per serving.

The Verdict

Food: They have a wide array of menu for the budget. It is very affordable and the budget friendly ones doesn't disappoint. I love the tenderness of the Boneless Chicken and we weren't expecting a good amount of serving for a 125Php Grilled Pork Belly. For only 500Php, you can already have a nice and romantic date with your loved one.

Location: Escario Corner Tojong Street, Kamputhaw, Cebu City. It is near Ayala Center Cebu. It is along Parklane Hotel (if I am not mistaken) and that road along Calda Pizza. They also have a branch at SM City Cebu and SM Consolacion.

Operating Hours: Monday - Saturday 11:00am - 3:00pm, 6:00pm - 10:00pm
