#26wANNEderfulYears: Last month, I turned another year older. 26 years of living in this wonderful world. Yes, my life is not perfect. It's far from it, actually. I still have a lot of plans and dreams to fulfill. But, I am happy and contented with what I have now. Especially the presence of my support system. I cannot be thankful enough for their presence in my life.

Lady in Red

Today is my nephew's 1st Birthday! Happy Birthday Michael Castiel Carpio! 

May you grow up to be obedient, dependable and a good boy. But please don't grow up so fast.  Stay the cute and cuddly little boy and allow us to enjoy that phase of you. We all you our little Castiel! :*

Road Trip

Last week, my boyfriend and I decided to hit the road to celebrate my birthday.

We went up north to the summer capital of the Philippines, Baguio. Albeit it is not summer anymore, there were still plenty of tourists going about the city and enjoying the cool weather. 

We took the Victory Liner bus in going to Baguio which costs 450php/person. The trip was about 6hrs long with two bus stops. I like the Victory Liner bus because it has enough leg room in between seats and the seats are very comfortable (you won't have a hard time sleeping :)). It is fully air-conditioned and has free wifi access. What better way to travel, right?

Awww. I thought that I would be Forever21. But nevertheless, I am grateful for the year that has passed and looking forward to what this year may bring. Thank you for being a part of my past year and I am looking forward to seeing you this year. To everyone who texted me, called me, and written on my Facebook wall to greet me a "Happy Birthday" today, you all made this special day extra special.
